The staff at this hotel were excellent and always accommodating to our requests. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the well-maintained pools, was impressive. The location was relatively close to the airport and the SM Van terminal, making transportation convenient. Additionally, being located near a shopping mall with plenty of restaurant options was a bonus. The breakfast provided a variety of options for us to choose from, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location of the hotel near the restaurant is convenient for dining options. The lagoon offers a unique experience for guests, although it may not be suitable for swimming. the hotel's proximity to the SM Van terminal provides easy access for transportation.
The lack of signages or directions to the resort from the roads can be quite frustrating for guests.
